Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Strategy Development:

Formulate and implement comprehensive pricing strategies for Rail and PFT services, aligning with business objectives and market conditions

Yield Optimization:

Identify opportunities to improve yield and profitability through pricing adjustments, contract negotiations and strategic initiatives

Price Analysis:

Conduct thorough analyses of Rail and PFT pricing structures, considering market trends, competitor pricing and cost factors.

Market Analysis:

Conduct regular market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor pricing and regulatory changes affecting rail and terminal operations.

Cost Analysis:

Analyse costs associated with Rail and PFT services, including transportation, handling and storage, to inform pricing decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Performance Monitoring:

Develop KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of pricing strategies, continuously assessing and adjusting as needed.

Collaboration:

Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, finance, operations and sales teams to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives and customer expectations.

Strategy Development:

Formulate pricing strategies for rail and terminal services to optimize revenue and market competitiveness.

Data-driven Decision Making:

Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and tools to derive insights, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve pricing and yield.

Customer Engagement:

Work closely with customers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into pricing strategies, fostering long-term relationships.

Identify Revenue Leakage:

Work closely with finance and SSC to ensure there are no revenue leakage and to implement right process to control future leakages.
