- **- 8 to 12 years of Experience in International voice process

Mandatory
8 Years of experience in leading team
US voice process experience
Preferred
Experience in International HR Helpdesk
Preferred
Excellent listener and empathetic communicator (oral & written)
Excellent understanding of various processes of core US HR Operations
Experience in Leading teams managing Tier 1 HR helpdesk for US Employees
Should have experience in using Workflow / case management tools like ServiceNow, Remedy etc.

Qualifications :

BACHELOR OF ARTS
