You will be responsible for managing outbound callsqualifying leads and providing support to the sales team inconverting prospects into satisfied clients. This role demandsstrong communication skills attention to detail and the ability tothrive in a fastpacedenvironment.
    KeyResponsibilities:
    1. OutboundCalling: Initiate outbound calls to potentialcustomers on a daily basis to identify their specific needs andbudget for commercialproperties.
    2. LeadManagement: Manage leads obtained from various sourcesand effectively distribute them to the appropriate sales teamsensuring a streamlined process for customerengagement.
    3. LeadQualification: Assist the sales team in qualifyingleads by gathering relevant information and assessing the potentialfor conversion into salesopportunities.
    4. PressureHandling: Demonstrate the ability to work effectivelyunder pressure meeting deadlines and targets while maintaining ahigh level of professionalism and customerservice.
    5. Attention toDetail: Pay meticulous attention to detail whenhandling customer queries and recording relevant information toensure accuracy and completeness ofdata.
    6. Customer QueryResolution: Address customer queries and concernspromptly and effectively providing satisfactory solutions toenhance customer satisfaction andloyalty.
    CandidateProfile:
    • Experience:Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months to 2years of experience in a Calling/Presales/Salesbackground preferably in the real estateindustry.
    • Education:Any graduate degree from a recognizedinstitution.
    • CommunicationSkills: Possess excellent communication skills bothverbal and written with the ability to articulate ideas clearly andpersuasively.
    • KeySkills: Proficiency in sales techniques presalesmethodologies and telecalling strategies. Experience in real estatetelecalling or presale profiles will be an addedadvantage.
