Academic Counsellor

Role & Responsibilities:
Handling telephonic & walk-In enquiries.
- Should possess excellent convincing capabilities.
- To train Telecallers and convert their leads into prospects.
- Convert the enquiries into registrations that lead to Admissions.
- To be involved in promotional activities.
- To have a good understanding of the revenue generation from registration.
- To ensure that the admission sales targets are met for the team & individually.
- Counseling the Students and Parents about various Courses
- To generate more WI and enquiries through cold calls or Data Base calls
- Daily report to supervisor on achievement of goals
- Students Installments collection.
Essential Skills:
l Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
l Strong work ethic, Self motivated, Punctual and organized.
l Adaptable and versatile, Supportive Team player.
Job Types:

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
