Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, empathize with their situations, and offer appropriate solutions or guidance.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Qualification:


  • Graduation (Technical graduation)
  • Fluency in English and Tamil

Shift Timings:


  • Rotational day shift
  • 6 Working days with one rotational week off

Salary:


  • Rs 14,000 per month with incentives
