Global Key User - SEC Portal Application

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Alstom RSC Development India is a key train and component development site with vision to become strategic center to achieve more than 40% of global engineering hours.

The Shared Engineering Center in India has critical mission to enable Alstom RSC Development and services product lines achieve this vision and thereby help all global sites to achieve the project delivery performance (GR on time, OTIF and RFT).

Alstom India shared engineering center has target to achieve 3.0M hours of development work per annum.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Create knowledge management sessions with user community on SEC Portal WoW/dos and don'ts and best practices KU to act as the first point of contact for all concerns and clarifications from Global Users.
Raise Service Requests on SNOW for issues pertaining to New User Creation, Bug Fix, Metier and EDU mapping, Change in WP Owners and Site Mapping.
Discuss with SEC Operations and other Business units and align on the new requirements (New EDU creation, User mapping, New Department creation and New Site Code creation).
Bridge between IS&T and End Users for all issues, suggest IS&T on what is the expected output.
Validate documentation for enhancement requests, track and followup on closure.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Knowledge & Experience:

Engineering Graduate / MCA Graduate with 8+ years' experience.
Continual Improvement mindset,
Proficient in MS Office suite tools, knowledge of handing data
Good knowledge on DB and Web Applications.
Conflict management skills
Presentation, communication
Ability to work within multiple levels within organisation and strong stakeholder management skills
Cooperation and Change management
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
