Amit Malik and Neha Kirpal, bring both the provider and user perspectives on mental and emotional health to Amaha, along with successful entrepreneurial experience both in India and abroad.

Our core team comprises alumni from IIT, IIM, ISB, Wharton, St.

Xavier's, London Business School and other top schools across the world, with significant experience in developing and delivering emotional wellness products to individual users, corporates and insurance companies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create the strategy for local outreach that ensures e ective coverage of the area.
  • Understand and devise the product pitch of Amaha brand for e ective promotion.
  • Maintain & Update Doctors Data Management & Outreach database
  • Ensure track of the competition and suggest strategies to e ectively counter competition.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing Team along with Sales Leadership to form the
Outreach & Sales strategy with the goal of achieving the revenue target of the centre

  • Conceptualise new initiatives for increasing sales and top of mind recall potential for patients/customer
  • Establish and form Brand tie ups & partnership for those that complement our brand
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing activities runs smoothly
  • Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
  • Coordinate with Corporate Marketing Team for Hospital's marketing requirement
(Development of collaterals, article published in media, highlights of department).

  • Organise webinars, workshops, conferences or trainings basis Hospital's requirement
  • Have 3 years of years Hospital /Pharma Sales Experience
  • Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Comm., Advertising or similar fields
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adequate knowledge of user data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

This is a full-time role, based in Bangalore.

Salary:
₹9, ₹50,000.00 per month
