Qualification :
DCE/BE(Civil)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years with Industrial Project Experience is preferable
Role & Responsibility:
- Scrutiny of tender documents
- Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules
- Floating Inquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers
- Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations
- Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product
- Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies
- Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records
- Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires
- Review proposal specifications and drawings and attend prebid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate
- Review design options and recommend best solution based on cost, engineering quality or availability of materials
- Determine critical path schedule and sequence of work
- Investigate value engineering options
- Maintain files of working documents as backup for estimate figures, including current (accurate) information on prices from suppliers
- Participate in presentations to clients (when required)
- Review all pricing with supervisor
Salary:
₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
