Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations regarding employment practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a staffing agency environment
- Knowledge of IT technologies and terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruiting goals
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
