    ServiceNow Mobile Developer


    Overview :


    The Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile Lead plays a crucial role in leading the development and management of ServiceNow's service portal, virtual agent, and Now mobile platform.


    They are responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of these platforms to ensure seamless user experiences and efficient operations.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead the development and maintenance of ServiceNow's service portal, virtual agent, and Now mobile platform
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and design userfriendly interfaces
    • Implement best practices for user experience, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
    • Customize and configure virtual agent conversations and workflows to optimize customer interactions
    • Develop and maintain mobile applications for ServiceNow platform
    • Implement and customize widgets, themes, and templates for the service portal
    • Ensure the integration of ServiceNow applications and functionalities with the service portal and virtual agent
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and administrators
    • Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for service portal, virtual agent, and mobile applications
    • Monitor and optimize platform performance and user experience
    • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in ServiceNow and mobile development
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
    • Participate in code reviews and documentation
    • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards

    Required Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
    • Proven experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow service portal and virtual agent
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow platform
    • Experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms
    • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations
    • Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
    • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Understanding of security and compliance requirements for enterprise applications
    • Selfmotivated and keen to stay updated with technological advancements
    • Certification in mobile development (e. g. , iOS or Android) is a plus
