Designation:
Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling for company executive
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive
- Data Analytics and various report preparation
- Project planning and Project management
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Tamil and English)
- Timemanagement skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
- Interpersonal skills
- Analytics Skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹800, ₹900,000.00 per year
