We are hiring for company Secretary role for our client company located in Madurai.


Designation:

Executive Assistant


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage scheduling for company executive
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive
  • Data Analytics and various report preparation
  • Project planning and Project management

Skills:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Tamil and English)
  • Timemanagement skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Analytics Skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹800, ₹900,000.00 per year
