Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for einvitations and wedding gifting products.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the wedding industry, staying uptodate with the latest digital marketing technologies and best practices.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with the product development, creative, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to leverage their expertise and resources in executing marketing campaigns effectively.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards related to digital marketing, ensuring all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior patterns to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in the einvitations and wedding gifting market segments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in the wedding industry or related ecommerce sectors.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through various online channels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., with handson experience in campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
- Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset, capable of developing and implementing datadriven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Detailoriented with strong project management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Pay:
₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
