    Description


    As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts across various digital platforms, ensuring exceptional user experiences and interface designs.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design intuitive solutions, and drive product innovation.


    Mandatory :
    Web Applications Experience is required.


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead the endtoend design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
    • Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform design decisions and enhance usability.
    • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements.
    • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs effectively.
    • Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
    • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the team.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing for web and mobile applications.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
    • Deep understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
    • Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
    • Prior experience in mentoring or leading design teams is a plus.)
