    Description

    Senior Digital Designer

    We have an exciting role of Sr. Digital Designer to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

    Location: Gurgaon/Chennai/ Bangalore

    Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our team of talented copy writers and designers to deliver high quality services.

    This may be the right role for you if you have.

    Middleweight Digital Designer 5 to 7 years agency experience

    Heavy focus on digital. Social comms, email design, landing page design etc

    Has an art direction eye and can easily work in collaboration with senior creatives / designers.

    Experience working at CRM or Digital focused agencies.

    Alternatively, experience of working across some well-known brands.

    Experience working on automotive / luxury brands a bonus.

    Strong communicator

    Able to collaborate & work in multi-disciplined teams.

    Can work in a fast-paced environment.

    Can follow brand guidelines but able to add their own design spin when needed.

    High attention to detail

    Proactive and solutions focused.

    Proficient in Adobe CC, Sketch, PowerPoint & Figma.

    This is an exciting role and would entail you to

    Designs for digital, print, mobile, screens and spaces.

    Applies "Design Thinking" to their work.

    Creates with "borderless creativity" - a conceptual Designer who can also Art Direct

    Collaborates with Art Director / Copywriter in establishing the visual tone, character, and messages that effectively communicate with the target audience and fulfill the project objectives.

    Delivers a high level of craft and minds the details of every pixel on projects delivered.

    Constantly explores Design innovations and groundbreaking media techniques that enhance a client's marketing message.

    Ensures compatibility and functionality of Design for optimum marketing and communication value.

    Works daily with ACD, CD, ECD and/or Project Manager to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met within budget.

    Seeks approvals from ACD, CD, or ECD on all work before delivery to Account or Client.

    Participates in brainstorms.
