- Flexibility when it comes to supporting new technologies.
- Responsible to implement and support both onsite and offshore projects.
- Responsible to gather requirements, analyse gap, design, map business process, configure and support HCM modules.
- Create project documentation as per the adopted methodology.
- Train Users
- Should be willing to work on multiple Projects at the same time.
- Should be willing to travel to client location if the Project demands.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Four or more endtoend implementations of Core HR, Onboarding, Workforce, Absence, Performance, Compensation and active involvement in the entire lifecycle of the project is preferable.
- Should have been involved in new rollouts and support projects.
- Should have hands on knowledge in configurations/setups, transactions in Oracle Cloud Payroll
- Should know the integration touch points between different modules and be able to coordinate and collaborate effectively.
- Certification on Oracle Cloud would be an added advantage.
- Exposure to EBS HRMS modules would be an added advantage.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to a varied audience.
- Ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple high priority issues
