Role Overview

We are looking for:


A collaborative team member who will work with scientists to understand their needs and support the project by selecting the right tools and delivering to project expectations.


We count on you for:


  • Actively participating in organic/polymer synthesis activities in multiple projects
  • Planning, designing and execution of experiments
  • Analyzing and documenting results and creating reports
  • Ensuring proper housekeeping while maintaining Solvay's safety protocols
  • Collaborating with colleagues from different geographic locations
  • Creating industrially relevant technical proposals in consultation with various business units

You will bring:


  • Education : Ph.
D. in Organic/Polymer Chemistry

  • Experience : 12 years of postdoctoral experience (desirable), Fresh PhDs are also encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and chemistry related tools/softwares

Additional information:
