• Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements such as Java,.Net, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, Linux, Network/System Engineers, UNIX, HTML, DHTML, and XML, etc.
• Must have handson experience working with MSP/VMSbased Direct Clients.
• Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
• Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants' profiles on time.
• Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fastpaced environment
• To understand the Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.

• Must be selfmotivated and must possess a good attitude.
• Should have the ability to deliver results in a fastpaced & metricsdriven environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in IT is preferred however the combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Must have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Must have handson experience working with MSP/VMSbased Direct Clients.

• Night shift

• Recruiting: 6 years (preferred)
