- Own ideation, conceptualization, and creation of design to help drive discovery and marketing campaigns by bringing big ideas to life. Leveraging the brand voice and tone to shape the narrative in a visually compelling and provocative manner.
- Collaborate with other designers to deliver graphics and motion design consistent with the branding of the property.
- Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, challenges, target audiences, and on-brand creative assets into branded experiences that meet measurable business goals and stickiness with on platform audience.
- Develop and execute a communication plan for a campaign idea across digital and print medium.
- Lead and assess the workflow of the team and provide constant feedback.
- Keep up to date with the developments in the graphic/motion design space to gain early insights
- Strong creative and conceptual vision and the ability to execute high quality integrated marketing communication against strategic business objectives.
- Is an expert in digital storytelling via different design collaterals
- Keen to follow latest design trends in visual, digital, motion and graphic design with an excellent eye for typography and layout.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience with Microsoft applications would be desirable.
- Creative horsepower and obsessed with details and has a strong eye for alignment and details
- Strong organization skills and the ability to priorities overlapping tasks/projects
- Flexible and adaptable to changing task priorities and workload in a fast-paced design environment
- Proven ability to think conceptually to solve design problems proactively
- Fluent in English. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong comprehension of information architecture.
- Ensure integrity of the data is always maintained and that everything has been captured in accordance with defined Standard procedures, company best practices and legal regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of all internal company's and client's information
- Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, regulatory and VAT requirements
- Bachelor of Fine Art or equivalent from a premier design school.
- Minimum 7 years of demonstrated experience in Art Direction, Visualization, Animation, Motion graphics. 2-3 years of supervisory/team lead experience in leading design teams.
- Demonstrated experience in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere.
- An excellent portfolio that demonstrates deep integrated thinking and strong brand building capabilities, with an emphasis on design and art
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead, supervise and execute production projects from concept through delivery
