Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure efficiency in the Company's Imports-Export Logistics System and ensuring accountability for all Company resources especially cash and Cheques.
  • Facilitator should manage the import coming to the home country as well as exporting of goods going out of the home country along with the general duties at office.
  • Manage all the accounting activity for EXPEDIO like purchase entry/Sales Entry/Invoice generating/GST compliances and all the activity related to accounts.
  • Liaising with Clearing Agents on cargo clearance with Customs.
  • Ensure that movement of product/material inward or outward from the company will be processed as per relevant local and international rules & regulations.
  • Plan and implement Import-Export strategy with overall aims and requirement of the organization.
  • Negotiate contracts for Sales/Purchase and manage, renew review, contract as or when require enabling effective trading, operations, customers, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Prepare and submit relevant document in a timely manner like: shipping schedule/Letter of credit/ECGD document/License/Declaration forms/packing/routing/transportations/Safety documentations.
  • Request for Proforma Invoices from Overseas Suppliers
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation for import/export activities.
  • Process currency transactions in accordance with policy and laws to optimise costeffective activities.
  • Expediting/routine follow up on status of goods to ensure that suppliers meet delivery promises.
  • Expediting inspection of goods received.
  • Export Documents Preparation when requested by clients

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:

Min 2 years of experience with basic fundamentals in Import-Export Documentation process and Liaising work.


Skills:


  • Knowledge of import/export regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
