Description

Client Service Executive at a video production house typically involves handling client relationships and ensuring smooth communication and coordination between the production team and clients.

Role & responsibilities:

Junior level:

  • Ability to translate client briefs into specific actionable items for different departments
  • Handling client engagements at the junior level with client team.
  • Articulate brand requirements and communicate the same to the teams internally
  • Handle the operational job requirements.
  • Should be able to minute meetings clearly
  • Follow up with internal teams for job delivery as per time lines committed
  • Should wear the brand hat and be able to disseminate information internally
  • Conduct market research and data to find out need gaps in the product.
  • Keep a track on competition activities.
  • Ensure all financials in terms of job estimation, billing and collection happens on time.
  • Be the brand custodian

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
