    Key Responsibilities :

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
    • Act as a key stakeholder supporting CMDB initiatives, tasks and actions
    • Flexibility to accommodate time-sensitive and mission-critical tasks under pressure
    • Responsible for data accuracy in CMDB through Dashboards & KPI Reports
    • Use CMDB for Impact Analysis on Business-Critical Applications
    • Evaluate the existing CMDB for efficiency and effectiveness
    • Contribute to process improvements initiatives for Configuration Management
    • Work closely with Support Teams to establish Business Requirements for the CMDB.
    • Communicate CMDB activities to enhance general awareness of processes and standards.
    • Liaise, train and support the teams on CMDB best practice whenever necessary.
    • Use CMDB to enhance Incident, Change, Problem & Service Request processes
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) applications.
    Skills Required :
    • Hands-on experience in ITSM Remedy 9.x &Higher
    • Hands-on experience in BMC Atrium Core 9.x & Higher
    • Hands-on experience in BMC Atrium Integrator Spoon
    • Hands-on experience in Unified Data Management (UDM) Tool
    • Experience in Data Modelling using SAAM/CAM - Good to have
    • Troubleshooting recon/normalization jobs.
    • Experience in managing Class, Attributes & Relationships as per agreed Governance Model
    • Experience in managing Atrium Jobs (Normalization & Reconciliation)
    • Responsible for CMDB UI, Asset Forms and SQL Queries to extract reports
    • Audit of Data from SCCM, SCOM and Discovery tools integrated with CMDB
    • Good understanding of Common Data Model in CMDB
    • Integrating CMDB with other 3rd party applications.
    • Reporting knowledge from CMDB.
    Qualifications & Bachelor's Degree in computer science Or any related field.
