Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Management Executive to join our team.
As a Compliance Management Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to statutory requirements and regulations related to PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Corporation).
You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, managing compliance-related activities, and communicating effectively with clients.Responsibilities:
- Accurately calculate dues under ESI, PF, PT (Professional Tax), and LWF (Labor Welfare Fund) within set timelines.
- Prepare and send various challans to clients well in advance, ensuring they have sufficient time to make payments by the statutorily fixed dates.
- Handle all statutory compliancerelated activities, including maintaining records, filing necessary documents, and ensuring timely submissions.
- Follow up with clients for pending bill payments and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on relevant statutory regulations, acts, and amendments to ensure compliance and communicate any changes to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement compliance policies and procedures across the organization.
- Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities, reports, and records for audit purposes.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding compliance requirements and best practices.
- Conduct periodic compliance audits to identify and address any potential areas of noncompliance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in compliance management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from any discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in PF and ESIC compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong drafting skills for preparing compliancerelated documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of other statutory compliance requirements will be an added advantage.
