Description
Responsible for all Hospital Operations during Night shift hours.

  • Night Audits of all hospital areas.
  • Attend to VIP admissions in the night hours.
  • Ensure smooth Emergency department operations in the night.
  • Address patient complaints and provide solutions / escalations.
  • Review and Analysis of the various types of billing process like Cash, Corporate, and TPA's;
  • Responsible for cash collection & handover to concerned authority.
  • Ensure timely submission of all insurance pre auth documents as per guidelines.
  • Respond to all insurance process queries.
  • Ensure billing done as per agreed tariff and reducing the disallowances.
  • Segregation of non medical expenses & to ensure collection of copay at a time of bill closure.
  • Performing the day to day admissions.
  • Detailed counseling the patients regarding the admissions and hospital protocols.
  • Coordinating with ward and lCU Nursing staff regarding the ward allotment
  • Feeding all the necessary referral details at admission in the system coordinating with Marketing Executive.
  • For Cash Patients, the patients / attainders are properly counseled along with approximate costing / depositing the advance.
