Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant with good executive presence for one of our TOP MNC client.

Role Description
This is a Full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Hyderabad.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling meetings, handling phone calls and correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.

You will also assist with project management and other administrative duties as needed.

Required Skills:


  • Exp in working with a Business Unit head or similar levels or above.
  • Exp in managing the schedules, calendar management, organizing meetings and appointments
  • Exp in travel arrangements. Including visa, ticket, Cab and hotel booking
  • Exp in interacting with internal & external stakeholders
  • Exp in MIS reporting & MS Office ( Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹2,000, ₹3,000,000.00 per year
