We are currently seeking a Genesys Support to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Genesys Support Specialist
**Location

Bangalore/Noida (PAN NTT Location)****Experience
210 years****Notice
Immediate to 60 Days*
Ensure technical help, development, and support for Genesys Pure cloud implementation.
Expected to liaise with Business users, and call center groups for Pure cloud implementation and support.
Participate in business stakeholder meetings, orientation, and ongoing training of new IT staff.
Coordinate activities with other technical and functional areas as required
Support other team members, removing technical roadblocks, and suggest new technical solutions.

Top 3 Must Haves:

48 years of experience.
Genesys Cloud Architect Development experience in IVR and routing
Integration with external Services
Troubleshooting environment/ API /JSON

Client Expectations-

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field or Equivalent
Experience as a Desktop/End User Support Engineer
Experienced in researching and resolving technical problems of moderate complexity, typically escalated from firstline support teams.
Experienced in documenting, tracking, and monitoring the problem using applicable systems and tools. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
