We are looking for young, dynamic "Female" professionals for "Communication Trainer"


What would you do?
"You will be working as a part of the Capability Development team which plays a critical component in developing the performance process for employees. They are accountable for determining capabilities requiring development within current roles and to progress career aspirations, as well as negotiating effective ways to develop these capabilities by training interventions. The Communication trainer carries out regular monitoring/coaching of the agents on the floor. In addition, this position creates a need for effective relationship partnering with Operations. This position also promotes a team-oriented environment through people development, strong leadership, remedial trainings, continuous improvement, and cross-functional support. Primary responsibility is to monitor calls, coach and develop employees skills. Secondary responsibility is deliver on the job training, documenting training progress and reporting it to training / Operations.

"Education - Graduation from an accredited college or university; or a level of education that, together with experience and training, enables the applicant to demonstrate the required knowledge and experience. Knowledge of V& A fundamentals, Culture, Customer to deliver short burst modules Excellent communication skills - oral and written Presentation skills Coaching skills Computer / MS Office skills Trend analysis and reporting People Management skills Critical problem solving and issue resolution People Development - Feedback & Coaching.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitor calls and give feedback to teams assigned.

Train, assess and implement activities to effect improvement in E-mail writing skills and grammar.

Coach and develop teams through leadership and assertiveness.

Assessing relevant training needs for individuals.

Implementing language and culture modules training to new hires and on a recursive basis to agents on floor.


Creating and implementing training modules as needed by the client and rolling out the same to the agents undergoing training and agents on floor as well.

Calibrating with existing coaches / Operations.

Aid the Operations team in improving performance on customer service, team motivation and teamwork.

Documenting training progress and reporting it to training / Operations.

Ensure that the current knowledge is updated regularly through huddles, monitoring, etc.

Work with Dy. Manager to produce plans to meet customer satisfaction targets and development needs.


Increasing the customer service skills of agents to provide effective levels of customer satisfaction in terms of telephone etiquette and communication skills, etc.

impact CSAT scores.

Remediation Training delivery

Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.


Required Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Work experience as a Customer Service representative/coach/trainer.

Must be from a BPO background.

Must have excellent customer service skills (Both Training and Coaching)

Familiarity with interactive learning activities.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual.

Able to give and receive feedback effectively.

Can drive understanding (i.e. using visual aids, able to recognize when a group or individual is lost and needs more attention)

Ability to follow up.

Proven people skills.

Interpersonal skills cooperative, courteous, flexible.

Effective work skills conscientious, persistent, resourceful, productive and active.


Must have the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships and deal with employees in an efficient and professional manner.

Must have the ability to work independently.

Must have the ability to multitask.
