Description
Perform general admin duties like; travel & stay arrangements for employees/ visitors/ guests

  • Coordinate with the Procurement department for Centralized Uniforms,Diwali Sweets & Gifts and other welfare items.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of Fixed vehicles
  • Liaison with various local agencies
  • Support the all family to facilitate support services
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Ensure timely process of invoices & payments and employees reimbursement submission
Any Events related to Sports, Family Day,Monthly recognition event etc
Analytical Data Skills
Overall responsible for Housekeeping, Canteen, Cafeteria, Horticulture, Employee Welfare, Transportation, Guest House, Hotel Booking, Tickets Booking

  • Bus, Train, Flight
  • Manage the housekeeping crew for optimum efficiency
  • Regularly train housekeeping personnel in etiquette, posture and behavior with internal & external customers
  • Ensure admin assets of the company are in working, good condition at all times. Create a system for preventive maintenance and ensure compliance of maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure there is backup in case of any breakdown in any office equipment
  • Create a hygienic environment in the cafeteria / canteen
  • Initiate new, useful tieups for the benefit of employees
  • Resolve employees queries proactively
  • Create & maintain MIS on all assignments as per designated formats
  • Plan, coordinate and purchase admin related material as per yearly planning or as an when needed
Organize and supervise events and other office activities


Salary:
₹250, ₹360,000.00 per year

Experience:
