Tele Sales Executive (Kannada Language)


Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Tele Sales Executive with proficiency in Kannada language to join our sales team.

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our products/services over the phone.

Your strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and customer-centric approach will be essential to achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of our organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers in Karnataka region, primarily speaking in Kannada.
  • Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to match their requirements effectively.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Handle objections and concerns raised by customers, addressing them professionally and attempting to convert objections into opportunities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate their advantages to customers.
  • Utilize a CRM system to document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and uptodate information is maintained.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner, nurturing relationships and moving them through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the department.
  • Participate in regular sales training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Stay uptodate with market trends and competitors' offerings to provide insightful feedback to the team and improve sales strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Fluency in Kannada language is mandatory. Proficiency in other languages will be a plus.
  • Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or related roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Resultsdriven attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally, turning them into opportunities for engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for tracking customer interactions is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
