Your key responsibilities


The Vendor Management Analyst is a member of the Talent Sourcing function, who will manage end-to-end vendor relationship, focuses on transactional vendor related support.

They perform administrative, performance and cost management tracking and reporting tasks.

The Vendor Management Analyst identifies process gaps or inconsistencies and supports the implementation of appropriate mitigating actions to drive efficiencies for areas (or vendors) within their remit.

This team closely collaborates with legal, vendors, internal teams to ensure process adherence and Governance within Talent Sourcing.

Management of the service relationship with a vendor on a transactional level. Supports the daily workload, activities and tasks of the vendor management functions (esp with the Vendor Management Specialist).

Ensures service relationship data and information is up-to-date, performing VRM process responsibilities promptly and in monitoring the service relationship via KPI reporting and tracking.

Closely collaborates with risk teams and other global teams.


Role Description - Summary:


Talent Sourcing (TS) Vendor Management (VM) is responsible for implementing & governing key elements of the VM framework within TS function.

This team acts as an interface between the risk, legal, HR COO and Procurement etc.

to ensure the most efficient & effective execution of any sourcing event in full compliance with group VM strategy, policies, and standards.


The VM team manages the vendor contracts, vendor performance reviews, costing, record management and partners with concerned vertical leads to maintain a full understanding of business priorities and requirements to lead to the best sourcing outcomes & required transparency on our key vendor partners to drive informed management decisions.


Your key responsibilities

  • Support Vendor manager & Regional Talent Sourcing leadership team to develop, determine and execute TS function's Vendor strategy
  • Responsible for maintaining full data transparency of vendor relationships
  • Responsible for creation of TS vendors contracts, performance Mis, invoices, costing record management
  • Partner with the DVMO Vendor centric group and provide business context to the vendor reviews
  • Builds, maintains and leverages strong network and partnerships within DVMO team
  • Work proactively with the teams to ensure process adherence
  • Ensure all relevant documents and plans in place to ensure full business and data alignment
  • Transactional Tracking and reporting

Skills & Experience:


  • Knowledge and experience in vendor management & service delivery
  • Data extraction, analytics & reporting,
  • Automation & selfservice report creation
  • Ability to diagnose improvement areas across processes, tools and systems
  • Understanding of DB Policies
  • Domain and business process management knowledge
  • Fully conversant with Vendor Service Delivery metrics (SLA/KPIs/KRIs)
