Description
1.

Safety:
Knowledge of Safety Laws, Polices, and Procedures, Accident case handling,

Must work with all of the people who contribute to safety processes and who might cause problems.

Creating Safety Policies and Procedures, Performing Inspections and Drills.


All Legal Compliances:
Dealing with various government organisation related to EHS and safety (MPCB, MSCB, ESIC etc).

Any other Factory related legal compliances.


Discipline:

Employee Discipline:
All Onkar employees (On-roll and contract) In out time, Behaviour, Canteen, security staff discipline, night rounds


General Administration:
Security Management-In Out, Frisking, Bill booking, Material movements.

Canteen Management:
Food Quality and Quantity.

Facility Maintenance:
Carpentry, Plumbing & All Civil Projects.

Housekeeping:
Shop floor cleanliness round the clock + food safety standards Pest Control, 5S

Billing & Tracking:
Contractual Agreement, billing against budget tracking

Audits:
Customer Audits, Social Audit, ISO 45001.


MIS:
Daily reports to senior management for all safety update

Accident and near misses reports


Salary:
From ₹400,000.00 per year
