Responsibilities
- Grow revenue and relationships with existing customer base.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals.
- Utilize inside sales knowledge.
- Quote formal and spot bids.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- including follow up on concerns or other issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes in pickup/delivery and potential service failures.
- Communicate customer problems to management.
- Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and closes.
- Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

- Displays knowledge of the transportation industry
- Projects future customer needs and is a critical thinker with analytical skills
- Possesses ability to identify issues and provide solutions and is a problem solver
- Builds strategic relationship with focus on customer pipeline and key decision making
- Persuasive negotiator with tactical techniques to overcome objections
- Possesses strong knowledge on industry trends and financial impact
- Experience giving sales presentations

₹8, ₹31,743.72 per month
