Key Responsibilities:

Role stands at the crossroads of our supply chain and financial operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of our inventory while also overseeing accurate account records.
Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and pricing.
Place orders for raw materials in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted production
Create and maintain accurate records of all purchase orders and invoices.
Oversee the efficient management of inventory across all sales platforms.
You will meticulously manage and update our inventory system to ensure accuracy in stock levels, incorporating both incoming shipments and outgoing orders.
We expect you to conduct regular audits of our physical inventory against our records to identify discrepancies and take appropriate corrective actions immediately.
We expect you to work closely with the finance team to reconcile inventory accounts and provide accurate data for monthly closings and financial reporting.
Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile inventoryrelated accounts and assist in monthend closing activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Proficiency in using inventory management software and accounting systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and interpret financial data.
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and accounting processes.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with crossfunctional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
