Description

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including physical, psychological, and social factors, to develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy, safety, and adherence to established protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment, and intervene promptly to address changes in condition or complications.
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, medication administration records, and progress notes, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Document patient responses to treatments, interventions, and medications, and communicate relevant information to healthcare team members during shift handoffs and interdisciplinary rounds.
Educate patients and their families about their health condition, treatment options, selfcare techniques, and discharge instructions, promoting informed decisionmaking and continuity of care.
