Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Telemarketing Executive for Real Estate at Neevilas Homes, located in New Delhi.

The Senior Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales through telemarketing campaigns, managing a team of telemarketers, and maintaining relationships with clients.

They will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade others over the phone
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of telemarketers
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
