Repos pan-India Operational Excellence Team has one of the country's most motivated and self-driven individuals.

Being in the OE team & Legal team, you will be representing the commitments made and getting it fulfilled on time.

What will you be doing?
Define strategies to onboard partners on our e-commerce platform

Drafting, reviewing and execution of corporate agreements and contracts.

Coordinate with the sales team for closings of startup partners

Develop and accomplish the monetization plan

Consult and coordinate with startup partners to understand their business perspective, workflow, needs & expectation

Educate, qualify & generate interest in marketplace opportunities

Consulting Startup businesses with the filing of Expression of Interests (EOI) with Oil Marketing Companies

Nurture good relationships with external & internal stakeholders

Roles:

We are coordinating with team members sales for closings and clarification of doubts for Startups/FuelEnts Partners.

Checking documents (Company) for discrepancies or changes required.

Clarifying doubts coming from partners and their CA.

Monetary Aspects of startups pertaining to payments and refunds

On-boarding on Payment modes and packages.

Monitoring and coordination with Vendors and External Councils

What will you need?
Experience of 0-2 years in

Must have effective communications and problem-solving skills

Must be good at convincing and negotiations

Hands on knowledge of advanced MS office

Must have telecommunication skills

Ability to tailor presentations and presentation skills

Should be an active listener

Should be empathetic
