Description & Requirements:

Job Subbary:
The Instructional Designer will work collaboratively with internal leadership as well as client stakeholders to manage the design, creation, and delivery of comprehensive and impactful learning experiences

Duties & Responsibilities:

Design and develop online courses, instructorled courses, facilitator manuals, and job aids.
Write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts and video scripts.
Establish and adhere to milestones contained within courseware project plans.
Interface with vendors and contractors to procure graphics, illustrations, translations, and narrations.
Incorporate effective assessment measures as needed.
Ensure proper documentation and cataloging of course library and related assets.

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

Proficient with Articulate 360 and PhotoShop.
Solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
Strong analytical, interviewing, research, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to works well under deadlines, selfstarter, innovative

Qualification:

3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
