Position Title:
Education Counselor with Sales Skills


Job Overview:


As an Education Counselor with Sales Skills, you will combine your passion for education with your sales acumen to effectively promote educational programs and services to prospective students.

This role involves providing personalized guidance and support to individuals seeking educational opportunities while also meeting enrollment targets through effective sales techniques.


Key Responsibilities:

Student Consultation: Conduct consultations with prospective students/ working professionals to understand their educational goals, interests, and career aspirations. Provide comprehensive information about available programs, curriculum, and admission requirements.

Sales and Enrollment: Utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively promote educational programs and services, addressing prospective students' needs and objections while meeting enrollment targets.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective students through personalized communication, follow-up, and ongoing support. Serve as a trusted advisor and resource throughout the enrollment process.

Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, enrollment numbers, and revenue targets. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to maximize sales effectiveness.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demand for educational programs. Provide feedback and insights to inform marketing and recruitment strategies.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the enrollment process.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in sales/BPO/Academic counseling/Voice process, preferably in the education or training industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
