• Be the Subject Matter Expect of Zoho
• Identify business goals and pain areas for the Chief of Staff with respect to visibility across business goals and department OKRs/projects
• Design blueprint for migration and smooth running of Zoho Sprints/Projects, Zoho People and Recruit across the company
• Strategize and proposing solutions, configure the software, train users and also complete the technical documentation of the work
• Assist training and creating guidelines for the users to understand the complexities of the product
• Hold demos for internal stakeholders
• Get customizations done and administration work related to Zoho i.e., Sprints, Projects, Recruit, Zoho mail et al
• Measure process metrics before and after the implementation/adoption
• Support, troubleshoot and analyze code on all 3 layers of the stack related to infrastructure, middleware, and continuous integration and delivery frameworks

• Excellent communicator having the ability to influence and persuade others
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both external and internal
• Good competitive analysis skills & intelligence to work upon data
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Target driven, detailoriented and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
• Proficiency in MS-Excel and PowerPoint

• BCA/MCA/B.Tech
• Should have experience in using Project management and CRM tools
• Experience of working as an Individual Contributor
• Experience of working in Agile environments

• 25 years track record of relevant work experience in setting up and working on Project Management and CRM tools
• Should have functional understanding of Zoho One suite in its entirety, including Zoho Sprints, Zoho Projects, Analytics, Recruit, People, Invoice, etc
• Be efficient in implementation, getting customization done and administration work related to Zoho and its related apps
• Must have successfully implemented at least two Zoho implementation projects from end to end and is currently functional
• Good command over documentation and process flowcharting using tools
• Excellent ability to multitask across concurrent projects with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to drive assignments on metrics using technology
• Strong analytic skills/comfort in data analysis, including MS Excel modeling & data manipulation skills and ability to manage reports & dashboards
