    Role and Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and extensive experience with Guidewire Policy Center implementation.
  • This individual will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing Guidewire Policy Center solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions
  • Experience with Vertex AI, including model implementation and deployment.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining machine learning pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Guidewire model implementation and integration with Policy Center.
  • Ability to streamline and automate machine learning workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Knowledge of best practices in MLOps, including model versioning, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Expertise in BigQuery administration, including platform setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Understanding of best practices for BigQuery usage, including data partitioning, clustering, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience in platform monitoring to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
  • Ability to identify and implement tuning strategies to optimize query performance and reduce costs.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to BigQuery usage and performance.
  • A typical work day will involve working with stakeholders in individual contributor capacity
  • A suitable candidate should have 4-8 years of experience in a similar role and should possess a go -getter attitude with attention to details.

    • Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, economics, mathematics, actuarial sciences, or similar technical degree.
  • Exposure to US general insurance market preferred
  • Extensive experience of data base management and SQL,
  • Knowledge of VertexAI, Guidewire, Big Query
  • Knowledge of cloud is must – GCP preferred
  • Strong ability to learn technical and business knowledge
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skill for client interaction
  • Excellent time and work management skills
  • Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges
