Job description:

We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including conceptual planning, designing and overseeing the construction for residential projects in Bangalore.

Client conversions will also be part of the KPI.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Developing conceptual designs (2D & 3D) based on client's brief given by the management.
Prepare drawings from start to finish of the project ensuring high quality details for schematic and working drawing stage.
Creating floor plans for effectively utilizing the space, with understanding of interiors and keeping in mind the structural design nuances.
Coming up with elevations of buildings as per customer requirements and budget constraints.
Understanding municipal codes and local state building regulations for designing and planning the projects.
Coordination for All approval drawings to achieve the required design deliverables in line with site requirements.
Make on periodic site visits to check on project status and report to management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, V-Ray Renderings, 3D walkthrough, and Microsoft Office suite is required.
Knowledge on latest trends, Vaastu, etc. will be added advantage.
Demonstrated strength in the development for concept planning and detailed working drawings.

Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
