Job Summary:
This associate will be responsible for leading the standardization and continuous improvement of all ABS related training materials.

In addition, this person will also be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of i-nexus (Lean Management System) utilizing a superuser community.

The Avantor Business System will be an integral part of the way we run our business for the long-term.

The Business System Office will focus on creating, supporting, and assisting the improvement efforts tied to the company's most critical business processes; primarily in the innovation, commercial, and operations functions.

Through analyzing processes, diagnosing operational challenges, and implementing process changes, the Business System Office will drive continuous improvement and breakthrough performance ultimately shaping company culture and brand


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Work closely with ABS team members to coordinate training development including requirement gathering, content creation, test development, and related deployment activities
  • Create and maintain and training schedule and attendance in Workday
  • Administer ABS Practitioner Certification Program in Workday
  • Continuously monitor effectiveness and improvement opportunities of training material by working with trainees, lean trainers and communication team
  • Leading end to end training activities including requirement gathering, content creation, test development, and related deployment activities

  • Strategic and Improvement Execution Software:
  • Assist with the knowledge transfer of system functionality to business process managers, super users and end users via Guided Training Sessions and Training Guides
  • Provide timely technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for the ABS system(s) to ABS team and other endusers while ensuring an outstanding customer service experience
  • Build custom reports and dashboards in PowerBI to provide key partners with advanced analytics to assist with business strategies and trends

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Communication must be able to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms
  • Strong focus on customer and end user experience
  • Independent worker, capable of operating in a fastmoving, ever changing environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations
  • Proficient at building PowerBI reports
  • Attention to detail
  • Quick to learn new software
  • Strong collaborative, analytical, and problemsolving skills
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, good judgement, mature and positive attitude

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Minimum of Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Minimum two years in a lean/operational role or learning and development
  • Extensive training and software management experience in industry leading lean tools and practices
  • Demonstrated experience in lean tools, development of training materials and training delivery
  • Demonstrated experience with Power Platform especially setting up Sharepoint pages and creating PowerBI visuals
  • Experience performing admin level changes to a digital solution
