Responsibilities:

Contacting potential customers via telephone to introduce our products and services.

Engaging in effective and persuasive conversations to promote sales and achieve targets.

Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our offerings to customers.

Handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Following up on leads and maintaining a database of prospective clients.

Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company.

Collaborating with the sales team to coordinate efforts and optimize results.

Recording and maintaining call logs, customer interactions, and sales data.

Qualifications:

Minimum education of 10th Standard / SSLC.

Proven experience in telesales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive and convincing abilities to close sales deals.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
