Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients and industries to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential customers.
- Sales Presentations:
- Present and promote the company's products/services to prospective clients.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points to potential customers.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
- Address client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve sales targets and objectives within established timelines.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Sales Reporting:
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a coordinated approach to client satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resultsdriven with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
