Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential clients and industries to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations:
  • Present and promote the company's products/services to prospective clients.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points to potential customers.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Address client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Sales Targets:
  • Set and achieve sales targets and objectives within established timelines.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a coordinated approach to client satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resultsdriven with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
