Greeter Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for achieving individual sales goals
  • Assisting the store manager in ensuring the store meets its sales plan
  • Responsible for effective implementation of all visual merchandising standards
  • Ensuring highest possible sales in jewellery and GHS schemes.
  • Ensuring that diamond sales are robust.
  • Working with colleagues to implement BTL activities.
  • Ensuring backend work such as uploading data on CRM etc.
  • Telecalling customers to inform them of latest offers
