One of the leading Appliances manufacturing Company is looking for Branch service in charge

Experience: 3 yrs


Location:
Kannur/ Palakkad


Job Description:


  • Daily update, order and maintain the minimum level inventory of required spares.
  • Monitor and update the attendance in Muster Roll on daily basis for all branch Service Engineers
  • Coordinate with Service Technician to enable the branch to achieve the service and collection targets every month.
  • Strive to achieve Service Level Policy for all the registered complaints.
  • Ensure sending back the replaced spares to HO periodically on time.
  • Obtain feedback for specific complaints from customers to ensure customer happiness.
  • Effectively manage product exchanges and ensure proper accounting.
  • Monitor and ensure Service Technicians obtain feedback for specific complaints from customers.
  • To ensure happy calls to all customers in the assigned area.
  • Ensure maintenance and hygiene in the branch premises.

  • Face to Face Interview in respective branch

Salary:
₹300,000.00 per year
