Job Description

Design, content outline, storyboard and develop interactive learning content in a variety of modes including learning objectives, simulation scenarios
Sound knowledge of Adult Learning Theories
Visualize and add graphical art/media where applicable
Communicate with stakeholders and SMEs to understand the requirement
Gather information from the sources to design the course content that reflects project requirements
Develop innovative learning solutions with adherence to the brand standards
Review, evaluate and modify existing training programs to support changes and needs of stakeholder
Hands on experience in Instructional Designing (design module outlines, visualize and storyboard)
Knowledge of instructional design theories and principles
Exposure to all modes of learning content creation
Face to Face, Elearning, Virtual classrooms, etc
Hands on experience in elearning development proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, etc...
Proficient verbal and written skills (English)
Elearning project management:
Draft Project charter and document workflows according to the RACI matrix
Ascertain efforts and timeline estimation
Devise Information Architecture & storyboards
Maintain good working knowledge of developments in relevant areas (e.g., new technology and tools used within Instructional Design).
Develop training module content, materials, and media based on detailed design specifications using prescribed templates.
