Responsibilities:


Client Collaboration:
Liaise with clients to understand their corporate gifting needs, budgetary constraints, and branding requirements.


Collaborate with clients to develop customized gift programs and solutions that align with their business objectives and target audience preferences.

Present gift recommendations and creative concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.


Gift Sourcing and Procurement:


Research and source a wide range of corporate gifts, including merchandise, promotional items, and premium gifts, from trusted suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate competitive pricing, discounts, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of gifts within budget constraints.

Maintain relationships with preferred vendors and suppliers, monitoring quality and reliability of products and services.


Product Selection and Customization:
Curate a diverse selection of gift options tailored to different occasions, themes, and target audiences.

Coordinate with suppliers to customize gifts with branding, logos, and personalized messaging, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines.

Provide creative input and recommendations for gift design, packaging, and presentation to enhance visual appeal and impact.


Project Management and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for each corporate gifting initiative, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of gifts.

Coordinate logistics, shipping, and delivery of gifts to designated recipients, tracking shipments and resolving any issues or delays.

Oversee the distribution of gifts at events, conferences, and corporate functions, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.


Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Conduct quality checks and inspections of gifts to ensure adherence to specifications, standards, and client expectations.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, import/export requirements, and ethical standards governing corporate gifting practices.

Address any product defects, damages, or discrepancies in a timely manner, coordinating replacements or refunds as necessary.


Inventory Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of gift inventory, stock levels, and procurement costs using inventory management software or spreadsheets.

Generate regular reports and updates on gift inventory, usage, and expenditure for internal review and client reporting purposes.

Analyze gifting trends, feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.


Customer Relationship Management:


Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on corporate gifting matters.

Proactively anticipate client needs and preferences, providing proactive recommendations and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Solicit feedback from clients and recipients to evaluate the effectiveness of gift programs and identify areas for enhancement.


Budget Management:
Develop detailed budgets and cost estimates for corporate gifting projects, ensuring alignment with client budgets and financial objectives.

Monitor spending and track expenses related to gift procurement, shipping, and logistics, identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.

Prepare accurate billing invoices and financial reports for client review and approval.


Brand Promotion and Marketing:
Leverage corporate gifts as a branding and marketing tool to promote client brands, products, and services.

Incorporate branding elements and promotional materials into gift packaging and presentation to maximize brand visibility and recognition.

Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate corporate gifting initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and strategies.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience in corporate gifting, event management, or related industries (desired).

Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and vendors.

Creativity and innovation in gift selection, customization, and presentation.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality gifts and experiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and inventory management software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks).

Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in corporate gifting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and client needs.

₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
