Description
Processes Attendance Inputs through Attendance ERP Software + Manual Collection for Branch Offices.- Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Headcount, attrition, wage cost etc.)
- Monitor systems and methods, recommending and implementing necessary changes.
- Govern the full spectrum of payroll process.
- Mainly responsible for PF, ESIC, and other compliancerelated matters.
- To prepare the monthly PF statement, PF Challan processes the PF withdrawals, Death cases.
- Coordinates with Department Heads for gathering monthspecific inputs on Incentives & Deductions
- Monthly Income Tax Computation
- Monthly Compliance PF, ESIC and other compliances that come up under various laws from time to time.
- Performing Annual PMS exercise (salary revision, rationalization & performance pay calculations)
- Ability to work under pressure and the meet the given deadlines.
- Ability to come up with new ideas for continuous process improvement.
- Preparing and Generation of MIS Report for the Senior Management Team
- Handle Grievances Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests of employees.
Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
