Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with orders, product information, and issue resolution.
Process orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
Collaborate with the warehouse team for smooth order dispatch and delivery.
Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and fashion trends.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and empathetically.
Continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous customer support experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
Fashionsavvy with knowledge of current trends.
Strong problemsolving abilities.
Proficient in customer support software and CRMs.
Detailoriented and organized.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Patience, empathy, and resilience.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service education is a plus.
