    Description

    Responsibilities :

    Full Stack Development :
    Lead the end-to-end development of scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.

    Architecture and Design :
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, secure, and scalable software architectures.

    Code Review :
    Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices, coding standards, and maintainability are met.

    Technical Leadership :
    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

    API Development :
    Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components.

    Database Management :
    Expertise in MongoDB database design, optimization, and maintenance.

    Performance Optimization :
    Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application, ensuring optimal user experience.

    Collaboration :
    Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

    Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) : Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.

    Troubleshooting and Debugging :
    Resolve complex technical issues and provide timely support for production systems.


    Qualifications :
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

    • Proven experience of 710 years in fullstack development, with a strong focus on MERN stack technologies.
    • Indepth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), , , and
    • Extensive experience with MongoDB, including database design, indexing, and query optimization.
    • Solid understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
    • Strong proficiency in Git for version control and collaborative development.
    • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
